Purplebricks pulse would allow Purplebricks estate agents to gather information about a property quickly and effectively without having to manually go through their usual sources to reliably present an accurate property estimation.

The Challenge
Our challenge was to ensure that all the required information was available and ensure what we created was helpful to Purplebricks estate agents and the potential sellers.

Research, Workshops & Ideation

Initially the idea for Pulse was one of many that came out of a series of workshops run with key members of the business. Once we proved Pulse would be the most beneficial to the users and the company we did a series of design sprints to establish what Pulse needed to be and how we should present potential key information.

Wireframes and Prototypes

After we gathered ideas and reasoning for Pulse from the design sprints and workshops the UX Team assigned to it started to quickly sketch and wireframe certain navigational and information based journeys whilst being mindful about what was possible with available data.

User Testing
We did quite a lot of online and moderated user testing to see if sellers and buyers felt the intended functionality and information would be useful to them.

The Results

The final app allow Purplebricks estate agents to quickly gather key information and comparable data about a potential customers property without the manual time required to do this through various sources. Giving the Purplebricks estate agents an unfair advantage.
