Overview
Qualtex wanted a better experience for their customers.
The original website had been around for a while and was developed over time using old technology that didn’t allow them to create the new capabilities they required.
Starting with the data and testing
At the start of our engagement, we needed to ensure some assumptions were correct to see if this could better indicate what strategy and design changes were required.
We had some initial raw data to work with, and we also ran our tests to see if the assumptions were, in fact, correct. We were able to confirm some theories, disprove others and uncover some surprising insights.

Starting with a strategy for a better experience
Armed with analytical data and user feedback we could start with the strategy and design.
Knowing what was working and not working with the existing website allowed us to concentrate on the changes that would make the biggest impact on conversions and user experience.
